Math
Today in class, we did a warm up that was addition. It was 2,003,300 more than 10,110,001. Then, we did a common core quick check that was greater than less than with decimals. The lesson was order and compare whole numbers and decimals First, you line up the numbers. Then, you compare the digits in the greatest place. After, compare digits in the next greatest place. You can also place dots on a number line to approximate locations of decimals. You should also add zeros in order to line up and order numbers efficiently. Also be careful of how the greatest and least switch. Then, we did two Plickers questions about ordering numbers with decimals.
