Language Arts

Today in Language Arts the first thing we did was read our books. After that we corrected all of our homework. Then we reviewed the homework that we had to do. We also did a final draft paper for" The Daily Life On A Ship". After that we did some more writing. When we came back from snack we read four more chapters off "The Tiger Rising". The last thing we did was write a little bit in our Tiger Rising packet. Those were all of the things we did in Language Arts today.

Math

First, we wrote in our homework agenda. We were assigned a multiplication worksheet and a fractions one. Then, Mrs. Booth passed out the homework sheets.  Then we did plickers. Then we went to lunch. After lunch we continued with our plickers until it it was time to leave class.

Math

Today in math we continued with things we already learned. First, we had a test for the check my progress. Whoever finished the math test got to work on their math book. We were learning how to get better at multiplying with decimals. Then, we went to lunch. Some people went shopping at the holiday boutique or they went to the classroom because it was so cold. When we came back from lunch we had to keep working in our math books with multiplying decimals. Lastly, we went to homeroom!

Language Arts

We started language by writing our spelling words in our agenda. Then, we checked what we were going to have for homework today. Next, we read and answered questions about Christopher Columbus. We were talking about the paragraph and details for Christopher Columbus. We had to write a paragraph imagining that we were on a ship sailing to the Americas. After that, we went to snack. 

After snack we were working on the Columbus paragraph. Sadly we had to go to math.

Language Arts

Today in language we had music at 9:10. Before we left we got privacy boards to set up for when we came back. Some students passed out spelling test and some passed out grammar test. When it was 9:07 went to the auditorium for music, we sang and practiced our winter program song. First we practice nice nice  Christmas and chose dancers I was one of them . Then we did Chanukah  and the dancers the teacher chose went up and danced to it together. Last we did kwanza. After it was finally snack time and we went to the cafeteria to eat. When we went back to class we worked on our spelling and vocabulary test, some people did not finish. The teacher said when we were done we could read or finish tiger rising questions.

Math

In math we start out the day with a warm up and correct it. We corrected our homework and the  teacher gave out dojo pointes to the students who answer the questions. Next we took out our math book and did lesson and the teacher said if we were good and quiet we could play sum dog after lunch. After mostly everyone was done with the lesson we corrected it and the teacher also gave out dojo points to the ones who answers it. Then it was lunch , I had to come in to do my growth mindset. After lunch everyone got a computer and played sumdog , then we went to homeroom.

Language Arts

Today in language class once everyone came we started reading.Then with are table partners we corrected the My Trip To ... 

After that we did an explorer thing we got are article and questions. We had to finish the question we didn't do yesterday. Then once everyone was done we read article 2 and answered the questions to that. Then Ms. Booth did the questions with us.She told us to look at the pictures in the packet.

After snack we took out are tiger rising books and answered the questions in the packet.

Then we switched to math.
